Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 12years of systems integration and/or test engineering experience
• Prior experience leading integration and test events for high-complexity systems with multiple segments
• Proven ability to deliver on-time, on-budget
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain program access prior to start

Job Description

Within LM Space, the Sequoia program is looking for a highly motivated Systems Integration and Test Lead to oversee the integration of a mission enterprise spanning multiple segments across multiple locations. Our Customer will rely on you to bridge the gap between their mission needs and an operational solution by organizing internal and external engineering interfaces and integrating system test activities to deliver a full, high-performance space mission rapidly and affordably. The qualified candidate will have experience with system and enterprise verification and validation to ensure the system, when integrated, meets customer intent through validation.

The main responsibility of the qualified candidate will be day to day management of the Program’s test phases, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Lead the Development Test team (DTT)
• Define and develop the overarching test program deficiency process for the development test phase, as well as lead the Deficiency Review Board
• Manage the test program risk strategy
• Coordinate with the Operational test lead for overlapping and or joint efforts
• Test strategy and plan updates, which included test event goals, entrance/exit criteria
• Creating and maintaining an Integrated Test Program schedule, which includes all major test events and milestones
• Support all major test events and design reviews, which will include frequent travel to various sites

This position is a Blue Sky position, dependent on contract award of the Sequoia proposal.
