PAREXEL has an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR organization. Reporting to a Sr. Global HR Business Partner, the Sr. HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing, independently, human resources solutions in support of business objectives, strategic goals and human resource initiatives for the designated rather complex business unit or region.

In this role, you will use strategic thinking and strong consultation skills in designing and implementing suitable business interventions. You will also perform duties associated with human resource areas such as employee onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, employee development, and other Human Resources services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyze human resources data for business area at the global/country/cross country level to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness, i.e., labor turnover trends, absence management
  • Talent Development
  • Drive, at the global/country/regional-level, talent development processes to ensure that employees’ capabilities meet current and future standards
  • Identify talent development needs within business area(s) or geographicand work with Global Human Resources Business Partner and Training Business Partner to ensure availability of employee development which is aligned to functional and organizational objectives
  • Facilitate seamless execution and coordination of a full range of duties aligned to development of employees and managers to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds both business and personal goals/objectives, i.e, coaching and mentoring, onboarding, performance management, and Human Resources service delivery
  • Work with Talent Acquisition (TA) to attract/select top talent into business area through targeted recruitment activities, i.e., global behavioral Interviewing, to ensure improved talent attraction in achieving business goals that model the PAREXEL HPC principles and values
  • Project and Program Management
  • Lead global/country/regional projects and initiatives including restructuring and reorganization efforts, while working with the Global Human Resources Business Partner
  • Work within and deliver to agreed Human Resources Service Level Agreements for business area; may represent Business Review locally, if required
  • Coordination and/or support of global human resources processes for designated client group or geographic region, e.g., salary planning, performance management, etc.
  • Participate/Lead regional or global projects or process improvement initiatives
  • Act as SME for various global processes, systems and for specific global/country/regional areas within the team
  • Deliver Human Resources program and process training
  • Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities and to address and resolve issues
  • Coach and influence as a fully integrated team member in global/country/regional level business unit management; participate in senior management country/regional level meetings and strategic planning activity
  • Mentor other Human Resources colleagues and/or act as an advisor or coach as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Meet with local senior management to maintain business relations and understand employee/management pulse; manage complex employee relations matters as they arise
  • Communicate changes/development in operational Human Resources Policy procedures within business area; serve as a champion of interdepartmental communication
  • Drive and oversee local compliance with law and regulations; may coordinate activities within a team or across countries

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization (local legal language and English)
? Manage and coordinate complex tasks while having the end-to-end (E2E) process in mind
? Ability to manage large, complex projects and develop cross-functional support and reach agreements
? Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills

Knowledge and Experience:

? 5-8 years
? Proven track record of forging positive consultative relationships with all levels; sought after for insight, judgment and guidance by senior leaders on a wide range of issues
Education:
? Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred
