Position Summary:

The selected individual will provide results via initiating and driving medium to large/ complex knowledge building projects or project business activities. In addition will seek out and gather internal and external scientific discoveries and link with deep clinical insights with the goal to translate into proprietary, differentiated, medical nutrition solutions for consumers and patients, with specific medical needs. Success in the role will be determined by the outcomes produced through the promotion of actively promoting cross fertilization between within and outside the organization to accelerate innovation. Will support product innovation through ownership of nutritional profile design, including Nutritional Foundation and scientific substantiation of key product features.

Qualifications

Experience and Education Requirements:

7 plus years of demonstrated experience within business area

PHD or equivalent in nutrition or other closely related fields

Demonstrated and prior Knowledge of:

            Nutrition science

            Clinical nutrition

            Food science

             Medical Science

 

Preferred Skills

Registered Dietitian (preferred)

Project management

Strong Business Acumen

In-Depth understanding of Clinical Nutrition Practice Guidelines

Mentoring Skills in a Business/ Science Environment

Demonstrated Relationship management skills
