Seeking experience with insurance rate and form filing to manage a regulatory filing team of 3 to 6 employees. Shall work with the team to:

 

*** Manage the filing process to ensure timely processing and approvals within multiple jurisdictions.

 

*** Ensure rate and forms regulatory compliance.

 

*** Develop, submit, negotiate, and approve of state rates, rules, and forms filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

*** Implement changes to and introduction of new forms into the new policy issuance system.

 

*** Provide direction and support to the business units throughout the development and preparation of filing materials to determine overall filing strategies.

 

*** Submit filings using the System for Electronic Rates and Forms Filing (SERFF).

 

*** Review and analyze state insurance department statues, regulations, bulletins, etc. to determine impact and ensure adherence to filing and regulatory requirements.

 

*** Develop and maintain personal contacts with state insurance departments.

 

*** Train new team members on regulatory filing compliance.
