The company is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative to help drive the company forward in achieving its goal of 30% year-over-year revenue growth through 2025.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting a Sales Representative to lead sales efforts to mortgage departments in large national and regional banks. This executive must possess strong internal drive and business acumen. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

• Leading all sales efforts in a particular region

• Contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy (including market segmentation) and product strategy

• Defining customer value propositions and ROI

• Help company achieve targeted financials via revenue growth

• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention

• Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction rates

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience as a top producer at a fast-growing financial technology company focused on banking and lending institutions

• Experience in a de novo sales organization

• Experience selling mortgage and banking SaaS solutions (LOS, CRM, Marketing automation)

• History of successfully closing six to seven figure enterprise-wide sales with end-to-end product solutions

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales representative accountability and Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

• Solid track record of meeting aggressive sales targets

• Affinity for spending time in the field with customers and sales representatives

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Proven track record of identifying and executing strategic initiatives that deliver projected results

• High-energy, action-oriented, proactive self-starter

• Private equity-backed portfolio company experience is a plus
