Director, Medicare Market Sales
This critical role will be responsible for leading the recruiting and training of all brokers and general agencies and will manage one Broker Manager and 0.5 Contact Specialist. Given the market opportunity, must be willing to wear all hats and assist in directly contracting, recruiting and training brokers to achieve the aggressive broker and sales recruiting targets. Medicare Sales Management required.
The Sales Director role will be directly responsible for expanding the market share of the Medicare products in the Nevada area. This critical role will lead the recruiting and training of all brokers and general agencies with 1.5 direct reports. Given the market opportunity, must be willing to wear all hats and assist in directly contracting, recruiting and training brokers to achieve the aggressive broker and sales recruiting targets. Strategic Medicare Sales Management required. A dedicated, out of the box thinker with a collaborative motivational managerial style is needed to ensure the success of this growth market. This leader will be accountable for the overall strategic management of sales to include broker, general agency, provider and community marketing management. Excellent communication and presentation skills also required.
Sales leadership experience 4-6 years. Strong background in Medicare sales and working with Medicare Brokers. Commercial experience will not apply. Will consider candidates who have Management experience working with a General Agency.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
