Job Description GEICO seeks an insurance defense Attorney with 0-4 years litigation experience for its Nashville, TN Office, which defends GEICO insureds in third party cases in the Nashville, TN area.   As a GEICO Attorney, you will: * Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial. * Prepare motions and memorandums of law. * Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. * Draft reports and provide file analysis. Candidate Qualifications   * Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in Tennessee, and meet and maintain licensing requirements including mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) where applicable. * Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Travel is required, including but not limited, to attend trials, hearings, depositions, management meeting and conferences.
