Vice President, Systems Sales Lead

Parsons Systems Division is looking for an individual for a newly developed sales function who possesses a proven track record of selling technology products and services. The transportation market is moving towards intermodal solutions, with demand-responsive services (car-share, bike-share, etc.) that meet the transportation needs of innovative urban smart city markets.  You would be coming in at the front end of a transformation to a more technology focused sales strategy and be integral to shaping the future of this division. This key sales role will make recommendations that would maximize our Systems’ divisions core competencies and ensure broad penetration into large accounts within North America.  The successful candidate will work across our Infrastructure business lines and have the opportunity to build and convey compelling value propositions to both new and existing clients.   As a member of the leadership team, the Systems Sales Lead will provide product sales direction for growth and have unique insight in applying Parsons capabilities to customer objectives.  Our talent in this division including engineers, software developers, project managers and SME’s are dedicated to helping our customers and see the benefits of our technology come to life.   Candidate can be based anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

·        4-yeardegree in related field and 10+ years of experience in product sales and business development in a large, multi-national technology company

·        Understanding of, and prior experience in transportation system or product development is an advantage

·        Cloud, Mobil, Sensor Technologysales and market development experiencepreferred

·        Aggressive sales personality
