I am a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) with 20-plus years of experience in the field of human resources. I have worked with a diverse group of companies including big box retail, construction, food manufacturing and technology start-ups (i.e. ConAgra Foods, Target, Best Buy, Interstates and Accenture). My last role, prior to branching off on my own, was as Vice President of Human Resources for a technology start-up, Benaissance, in Omaha, Nebraska. I worked side-by-side with the CEO and team to mature talent and ultimately position the company to be acquired. My time there validated my passions and talents for acquiring and engaging top talent.
