Seasoned Financial Executive to Help Drive Global Expansion of World's Leading $100k+ Jobs Platform
NEW YORK (April 7, 2008) -TheLadders.com, the world's leading online platform for $100k+ jobs, announced today that Rick Eaton has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Eaton will oversee TheLadders.com's finance and administrative functions. He will also work with TheLadders.com management team to help lead the company's ongoing global expansion.
A veteran financial manager, Eaton brings 25 years of experience with fast-growing technology companies to TheLadders.com. He has previously held positions with highly successful tech firms such as Quigo Technologies and Juno Online Services.

Eaton joins TheLadders.com from Quigo Technologies, Inc., a creator of auction-based advertising marketplaces, which was acquired by Time Warner's AOL unit (NYSE: TWX) in December 2007. Eaton was Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Quigo, joining the firm in 2004, overseeing its fundraising, and building its financial, legal, human resources and administrative systems. Previously, Eaton served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Juno Online Services, Inc., one of the nation's leading Internet Service Providers. He joined Juno in 1996, created its financial systems and managed its initial public offering and other fundraising activities. Juno was merged with Netzero, Inc. in 2001 to form United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq: UNTD). Eaton also held positions with a number of business-to-business software companies, including Metaserver, Inc., Datalogix International, Inc. and J.D. Edwards & Co., Inc. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand.
