Develop company-wide social media efforts and strategies to drive engagement, exposure, tune-in, and fan evangelism, in addition to providing support for all of our priority programs' social media efforts.
Maintaining the ability to train account managers on all social media fundamentals, including media planning, campaign building & optimizing, reporting, platform nuances, and data processing & analysis.
Ensure plans are consistent with media strategy, in line with budget, flighted properly, and executable based on production schedules. Oversee the management of the media budget. Recommend monthly budget distribution and media mix.
Engages in, and transfers knowledge of, best practices, media vision for strategic and buying approaches, analytics and tracking, day-to-day operational management, digital channel allocation, emerging opportunities and new partnerships.
