The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the effort to identify, recommend, and implement new strategic business and merchandising opportunities for area(s) of responsibility. Successful candidates will analyze the competitive landscape as well as marketplace trends and opportunities and implement new programs accordingly. As a vital member of the Direct Commerce organization, the Business Development Manager will also lead the development of the buying team(s) to ensure the execution of strategic and tactical merchandising initiatives, while exceeding goals.
