Independently lead external meetings with clients to determine needs, priorities and requirements and develop client costs & ongoing project flow for the team. Help structure, train and mentor the customer research team. Mentor junior colleagues effectively while focusing on their development. Manage ongoing client demands throughout project lifecycle and on a day-to-day basis including questionnaire development, sample management, analysis and reporting.
