The Vice President of Delivery Channels is charged with leading and managing all personnel and delivery channels serving the banks's customers, namely: financial center, stand-alone ATM's, online and telephone banking. In this role, the executive is expected to create a dynamic, focused and disciplined sales and service culture. To be effective, the executive is required to partner with internal partners including the Lending Department to maximize sales, and the Retail Investment Services Department to deliver superior customer service.
