Responsible for enhancing existing product portfolios, improve processes, and contribute to the development of new and improved Blue Shield of California market offerings. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Customer Service and Corporate Marketing, the Vice President is accountable for driving the overall corporate product strategy and new product research and development to help achieve aggressive profitable growth goals.
