The VP of Marketing and Product Development is responsible for leading the marketing department, working with distribution channels, oversee all marketing functions, planning and executing, developing product packaging and labeling, conducting market surveys, planning website, planning and executing all trade shows, overseeing the development of new products and managing "green" developments.
