This individual will, in conjunction with the SHC Chief Marketing Officer, Directs and administers overall marketing, private label, and advertising programs for the Kmart Holdings Corporation Kmart retail divisions. Directs private label, marketing, and advertising programs in order to increase sales and improve margin dollars while creating an appropriate company image.. Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating the efforts of marketing and sales personnel toward the accomplishment of strategic objectives, as well as providing advice and counsel to senior leadership and other operating units on sales and marketing issues.
