Responsibilities would include leading a number of upstream innovation projects as well as a potentially leading a small team of Design Managers in the site. Candidates for this role would also be working to develop retail solutions for packages designed to win with low income consumers, and that have the ability to attract shoppers in small neighborhood stores.
