Assist in the design, marketing and implementation of strategies to promote business and securities / insurance sales. The position has direct contact with external vendors and other financial institutions, as well as internal contacts such as personnel in Retail Banking, Marketing, Human Resources, and the bank investment group. Manage the Bank's Securities sales function for assigned geographic region retail markets. Provide direct supervision to sales team through the coordination of sales initiatives.
