Develop and manage the execution of visual merchandising and retail marketing goals and strategies for Mountain Hardwear and Montrail to strengthen brand image and increase sales. Manage the visual and retail marketing functions through ongoing assessment of the labor and funding levels needed for the group to contribute to the attainment of the company's marketing goals, objectives and related deadlines.
