The Research Director is responsible for developing relationships with current clients and prospects to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and ensure that all deliverables given to clients meet or exceed company expectations. All Research Directors have financial goals relating to the value of the portfolio of research they manage, and the amount of new business they develop, commensurate with their experience. Serve as the primary client contact for all project-related issues and lead other client service team members in project teams.
