The Market Segment Leader (MSL) knows and shapes regional ecosystem external market trends and opportunities, and is aware of market trends nationally. The role requires knowledge of the company regional service capabilities and the shaping of the regional business group's offering in ecosystem services. The MSL works with potential clients, partners, and competitors and other business entities within the company as they pertain to building the ES ecosystem contribution to the Environmental Business Group and the Firm.
