Their role as strategy leader in the organization will be key and they will be the quarterback for development of the marketing materials, competitive positioning strategies and other elements of marketing that will insure the success in the field. Working with a team of field based Marketing Directors, this individual will continually evaluate and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
