The Proposal Specialist team leader leads the day-to-day activity for a group of proposal specialists in a specific P&L. The team leader ensures that workload is balanced among team members and ensures that P&L business needs are meet with regard to timeliness and accuracy of proposals. The team leader will also perform proposal creation in addition to day-to-day team leadership. Finally the team leader will be the interface point for key members of the P&L Sales and Marketing teams.
