As our Product Operations Senior Manager, you'll lead and direct the product development and sourcing team and processes across multiple category businesses. You'll also ensure product quality and innovation is balanced against operational and profitability requirements. You'll be relied on to develop and make short-term goals critical to the business unit's success operational; manage the areas of materials and product development, sourcing, pricing and delivery.
