As the Product Director of Usability you will be responsible for the usability roadmap (including analysis, definition and execution) for the Platform and the products (ERP, CRM and E-commerce). This role is in product management with management responsibility across a group of User Experience Engineers and Developers. Conduct data-driven analyses to prove business feasibility. Define product features and functionality for potential concepts. Serve as primary liaison to developer/engineer teams. Manage roadmap for usability for Product Suite.
