Strategically developing and managing Global Marketing programs for existing and new products in the Lip category. Liase with domestic teams to coordinate timing (Japan, Europe & US). Responsibility for packaging & advertising development. Liaison with International Relations.Work with Creative Services on package development. Initiate new Marketing proposals and drive development with Creative group. Ensure that Creative is aware of all copy/package direction, providing components, working copy, etc. Review all copy submissions.
