The Marketing Manager will develop a marcom vision and strategies to advance the brand with growers, big-box retailers, and consumers and will partner with market business managers to translate their business strategies and customer needs into targeted marketing plans and communications programs. He/she will create consistency in branding and messaging across brands, segments, and channels; and will ensure the team delivers high-return, innovative and integrated programs and services on a timely basis.
