Develop local sales and marketing strategies to achieve financial and strategic goals. Define product and country tactics and strategies geared towards achieving the yearly Budget targets. Identify risks, opportunities, and contingency plans. Liaise with global marketing to translate worldwide product strategy into local tactical plans. Train Americas sales representatives in execution of tactical plans including provision to the sales force of current and relevant sales tools. Train distributor sales staff on product features and benefits and the execution of country specific tactical plans.
