This position directs all marketing activities through the management of a creative team and marketing managers; directing activities related to the development of product, marketing, sales collateral, competitive analysis, research, corporate communications and public relations. Department budget is currently in excess of $2 million. Critical to the success of this position will be the initiation and development of strategies to support corporate plans and meet sales goals and the ability to help lead an organization to a customer centric business model.
