You will also have 5+ years of successfully managing a staff of 3-6 people. You will be able to demonstrate project management expertise leading a team from strategy creation to the execution of the details. You will also have outstanding oral, written, presentation and client relationship skills, and the ability to lead and work with internal team members. You will have a desire to understand client needs and be able to respond with strategic recommendations and proposals to continually grow the business.
