This position has 1st line responsibility for conducting primary (qualitative and quantitative) market research and secondary data analysis for the payer customer segment, with the objective of providing insightful and actionable analyses that will help to guide commercial decision-making. n the conduct of this position, the Sr. Analyst will act as an advisor to the payer team, including senior management within the Customer & Market Insights group, the commercial Insights Partner, and executive and senior management within payer marketing, sales, and ancillary commercial support functions.
