Develop, communicate and manage the direction of Creative Services to ensure consistent, fresh, contemporary solutions in support of overall Company initiatives. Develop and implement new design concepts, provide direction on color strategies for creative communications to ensure communications are relevant and effective, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
