Work in conjunction with the director of sponsorships and events in the active development and management of strategic programs in support of the company's sales divisions, with a major concentration on the institutional business. Specifically responsible for determining and overseeing the strategic direction of key client events for the institutional sales division of Janus Capital Group. This includes the selection and management of events/programs that reinforce our institutional brand identity and align with our strategic marketing objectives.
