Develop strategies and solutions to address emerging product service requirements for national healthcare delivery. Assist in providing project leadership to and interface between Inter-Plan Programs, Strategic Services, Clinical Affairs, Finance, National Programs and Information Technology. Supports the analysis and design of alternative business models which address national market requirements, including operational process, organization, human performance and financial impacts.
