The Manager is also responsible for developing the skills of the Marketing Communications Specialist(s) who support this area, providing effective succession planning opportunities. As an Integrated Marketing team member, the manager is also the resident segment expert who is not only responsible for infusing the voice of the customer but in sharing planned initiatives so that efforts are fully integrated both internally and externally.
