The ideal person for this position will be able to provide in-depth analytic support for the company's marketing team; develop actionable analytics to improve customer retention; and investigate and apply cutting edge data modeling tools and techniques. In particular they will support the reporting, and analytical needs of our loyalty and customer retention strategies, as well as help develop our understanding of all marketing channel effectiveness and efficiency.
