Provide an excellent creative product to assigned clients. Direct creative group; motivate and organize workflow of group. Maintain client senior relationships. Manage special creative supervisory projects as assigned by Executive Creative Director, encompassing projects that may involve all creative groups and clients outside normal area of responsibility.
