Develop and own franchise management and product marketing functions for multiple franchises (i.e., strategic planning, product launch planning, product positioning, packaging, documentation, advertising, PR, promotions, event marketing, sales support materials, etc.) Champion soul of the franchise. Provide internal franchise education and create internal passion for franchise tenets and strategy.
