Actively manage global active ingredients assigned to position (including Life Cycle Management). Develop and update the strategy for each active ingredient assigned to the position. Develop crop strategies. Contribute to the preparation of the SBU strategy every 3 years and to the yearly review. Assist in R&D target identification. Lead strategic procurement of 3rd party active ingredients/resale product (marketing led instances). Participate in acquisition and divestment processes of active ingredients.
