Manage lead generation programs to support selected target markets in the Firm. Collaborate with the agency management team led by the Managing Director in developing a detailed marketing plan and executing strategies for the agency. Coordinate a calendar of marketing events based on quarterly and annual initiatives. Track and report progress of Agency marketing initiatives on a monthly basis.
