Key responsibilities include working with the Publisher to develop and implement a strategic plan and editorial direction, discussing submissions with editorial staff and helping guide the acquisitions decisions. Candidate will manage book development projects, maintain author and agent relationships, and work closely with marketing and publicity to ensure greatest possible exposure. Candidate will make acquisitions on a selective basis.
