Plans, directs and supervises engineering efforts in support of Project Management such that programs meet or exceed the targeted quality, performance, timing and budgetary objectives. Hires, mentors and develops staff in order to continually improve efficiency, expertise and job satisfaction. Ensures engineering activities are planned and managed properly in support of the Project Managers in order to meet targeted objectives. Establishes metrics and holds stakeholders accountable to those metrics.
