The Director will lead this work from analysis of opportunity, to concept development, through commercialization, and will oversee the team that manages the products going forward. He/she will be responsible for overall vision and long-term business strategy including new product planning, pricing and distribution strategies, consumer research, and advertising and media campaigns.
