Provide the vision for, and clearly articulate, the overall multi-year Licensed brands marketing strategic plan-for both the adult and children`s licensed products--in line with the overall L&E strategic plan. Work with current and future licensors/licensees to negotiate mutually profitable long-term business plans. Ensure timely compliance with all contract requirements.
