Directing the in-store visual merchandising team in the development of visual merchandising standards, manuals, store plan-o-grams, branding elements, new fixture development, and other product-related information necessary for a cohesive merchandise presentation and compelling brand message. Working with stores organization to lead the implementation of corporate visual initiatives at the field level; creating easy to apply visual standards for store level personnel.
