The Director, Shopper Messaging will provide leadership in the area of shopper messaging to support organizational efforts to create irresistible in-store shopper experiences across all channels of business. This is accomplished by connecting brands and occasions to shopper needs and mind-set in a brand-building, channel/customer-relevant and shopper-relevant manner. Involves working collaboratively with multiple internal and external groups to develop the thought ware, strategies, plans, processes, tools and training to build shopper messaging capability throughout the organization.
