The Director/Senior Director, Marketing will lead, manage and direct all strategic and tactical marketing and managed markets initiatives to maximize profit and revenue growth. The Director/Senior Director will also create and manage pre-launch and launch activities for new products and will measure the effectiveness of marketing programs. Additionally, the incumbent will manage P&L, conduct tactical competitive analysis and, working with the Vice President, develop long range marketing plans and strategy.
