The mission of the Research and Development team is to conduct research on consumer, affiliate, and marketplace insights and to use those insights to develop and manage our global product development portfolio. This involves working with the executive team, working from the corporate strategic plan, and coordinating with global research and development counterparts around the globe. In a lead development role, Research and Development teams manage high profile projects to ensure completion and delivery of products on a timely basis.
