The Director, Mass Market, will develop, manage and drive needs-based solutions into the organization that effectively serves the Mass Market segment, promoting customer satisfaction and profitability. They will also be responsible for assuming a cross segment role and partnering with Customer Knowledge Center and Distribution in prioritizing our different outbound calling efforts.
